The room was well decorated and well-equipped with a bathtub, besides it had wake-up service, just in case. The delightfully helpful and professional staff, provided a good service and was willing to help.

The location was simply magical, with stunning lake views and a sense of tranquility. The spacious rooms were tastefully decorated and clean. The friendly staff made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The spa facilities were excellent, offering a variety of saunas and an outdoor pool. The hotel restaurant had a great selection of food and wine. We also appreciated the free parking option and the personal welcome card in our room.

Large breakfast with a lot of tasty food. Brand-new and modern rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle and glassware. Easy to get to, nice and spectacular location just next door to the hill overlooking the late and mountains, the lake Tegernsee, and where bakery is a key culture thing.

Beautiful location, surroundings, atmosphere. We stayed in the modern rooms, which was a nice contract to the castle where you have breakfast. The terrace is an excellent spot to have a break end enjoy the wonderful seaview.

Coffee/Latte was not as high-end as the rest of the place. One big instead of two single mattresses would be great.

The hotel had amazing views, excellent breakfast and dinner, and a stunning spa. The location was perfect for enjoying walking trails and exploring the town.

The Thanksgiving vacation was a great getaway for everyone. Two warm and friendly persons gave us free welcome snacks which was a nice touch upon arrival, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. The view from the balcony was also breathtaking and great for taking lots of photos.

One of the worst aspects was that there were long lines during meal times, which made it difficult to eat without a long wait, and the food was also not very appetizing. Another downside was the lack of housekeeping service during the holiday, which made it challenging to keep our room clean and tidy.

We loved the stunning location and amazing views of the lake and mountains. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with an indoor swimming pool that led to an outdoor pool with warm waters. Breakfast on the terrace was exquisite, with a great choice of food. Staff were always friendly and helpful.
